We believe that fitness should be fun and keep you coming back for more. At Stereo Fitness, our instructors will motivate you with group fitness classes that use heart pounding music, fun choreography and even encourage you to let loose and sing out loud! No need to wish you lived in a big city to have professional programs, we get our training and bring it home to you!
We know how hard it is to stay motivated and go to the gym, so we've made it easier for you! Our goal is to keep you smiling the whole time and let the hour fly by!
We offer Zumba, Group Power, Group Active, Group Kick, Group Centergy, Group Core and more (did we already mention Zumba?)!!! Take a look at our group fitness class descriptions and be blown away by all the specialty classes we offer. Pretty exciting isn't it! And yes, we are co-ed!
